We know how important your mailing is to you which is why DMP have invested in systems and technology that ensure the highest levels of quality control.

DMP have been ISO 9001 certified since 2012. Our approved quality management system is designed to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements. You can download a copy of our certificate here.

Double enclosing is a thing of the past thanks to our weight checking equipment. We check the weight of every item we enclose so you can be sure the right people are receiving the right items.

We’re proud of the quality of our inkjet machines but we’re not complacent. Our barcode validation system scans every barcode printed to make sure that we’re meeting your highest standards.

When it comes to auto enclosing we’re on the ball, every item to be matched is read by our camera matching system which automatically registers any errors or inconsistencies that need to be followed up by our dedicated production team.

Sometimes machine enclosing isn’t on the menu but you can rest assured that quality control always is. Our in house validation software reads individualised barcodes from each printed item in a mail-pack and verifies the correct combination of items before enclosing.
