The Mailing Process, Step by Step

To make the task of creating direct mail even easier, we’ve put together some simplified and standardised steps to help guide you from quotation to delivery.

1. Use our contact form or email to send as much information as possible about your campaign and request a quote. If you’d prefer to talk through your campaign first, you can call, chat online or arrange a Skype appointment.

2. We’ll respond with a quotation within 24 hours. If you have any questions about your quote, contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

3. When you’re happy with the quote, we’ll work with you to prepare a mailing schedule that meets your requirements. If you need to change your schedule at a later date simply contact us, we’re flexible.

4. Once you supply your artwork and data, we will start putting together your mailing and undertaking any data or design work you’ve requested.

5. Once we’ve prepared the mailing to your specifications, we’ll send proofs of your campaign, allowing you to check the artwork and data. If you decide to update the campaign at this stage, let us know and we can rework and re-proof for you.

6. We’ll need you to get in touch to approve your artwork design and data counts before we continue. Simply give us a call or drop us an email to confirm you’re happy to proceed.

7. Next, we put together a Sequence Enclosing Pack (SEP). The SEP illustrates the order in which your mailing items will appear in the finished pack. When you’re happy with the sequence, approve the SEP (again, just a quick call or an email will suffice) and we’ll start full production and enclosing of your mailing.

8. Finally, we’ll dispatch your mailing using the requested delivery service.
